All consultations are conducted online in a confidential and private setting, allowing you to access professional clinical sexology and sexual counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own environment.
We understand that discussing sexual concerns can sometimes feel difficult. Every consultation is approached with respect, discretion and without judgment, giving you the space to discuss your concerns openly and at your own pace.

Personal Consultation
Initial Consultation — 60 minutes
Your first consultation provides sufficient time to understand your concerns, relevant background and circumstances, and what you would like to achieve through counselling. Together, we can identify the factors that may be contributing to the problem and discuss an appropriate individualized approach.
Follow-Up Consultation — 45 minutes
Follow-up sessions allow us to review your progress, explore specific issues in greater depth and adapt your counselling plan as needed.
Couple Consultation
Couple Consultation — 120 minutes
A longer session designed for couples experiencing sexual, intimacy or relationship-related concerns. The extended consultation allows both partners sufficient time to express their perspectives and enables us to explore the concern as a couple in a balanced and respectful environment.

Before choosing your appointment, you will be asked to complete two short documents:
Client Intake Form
This provides some basic information about you, your main concerns and what you hope to achieve through counselling.
Informed Consent Form
This explains the nature of online clinical sexology counselling, confidentiality, privacy and the terms of the service.
Your information will be treated as private and confidential.
Once both forms have been completed, click Continue Booking.

You will then be taken to the available appointment calendar.
Select the consultation type, date and time that work best for you.
After selecting your appointment, proceed to payment.
Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
05 — Attend Your Online Consultation
You will receive confirmation of your appointment together with the information needed to join your online consultation.
We are using an online plateform that is secure with no recording allowed to ensure complete confidentiality.
On the day of your appointment, choose a quiet and private location where you feel comfortable speaking openly and where you are unlikely to be interrupted.
